Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We use Spain Correos tracked shipping service. Once the order is shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Russia, Iceland, Serbia, Turkey : €24.90

Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Maldives, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Georgia, Australia, New Zealand, Egypt, South Africa : €24.90

Aruba, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, United States, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina.: €24.90

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Free shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over  €250. It could be a single item or a combined order.  

Local delivery

There is no local delivery is available for any product. 

In-store pickup

No in-store pickup available.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at giorgio@pb.productions with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at giorgio@pb.productions with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
